If you need more visits covered, the attending clinician can process another claim at the end of your 5th appointment to extend coverage. If you make an appointment and do Not like your clinician or you feel that therapy was not acheieved, contact Cigna for additional Free visits

The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one-of-a-kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members only – who are struggling with addiction, PTSD other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. It is a safe haven for members to talk with other members who have faced or overcome similar challenges.
Things to Know- Cigna covers our stay at the C.O.E. The only thing that you need to purchase is your plane ticket up to Maryland. It is where the center is located. An IAFF member will pick you up at the airport and take you directly to the facility. The use of cell phones are not permitted for the first week during treatment. This is the only treatment center in the U.S. that caters only to Firefighters and is an outstanding facility.

UCF RESTORES is a treatment clinic that provides clinical services to veterans, active duty military, first responders, survivors of trauma, and community members experiencing posttraumatic stress disorder and trauma-related concerns. Our team of psychologists has developed a multi-disciplinary treatment approach that utilizes technology and exposure techniques to reduce the distressing symptoms that often accompany the direct or indirect experience of a traumatic event.
How it works - University of Central Florida has recieved a grant for 19 Million dollars to help restore the minds of Military Veterans and First Responders. It is 100% FREE!! They dont even take health Insurance. As long as you prove that your a State of Florida First Responder you can be accepted. They have a 1, 2, and 3-week inpatient programs. You can sign in and sign out at will. Cell phones and internet are permitted.

Treatment Counselors are on hand 24/7 at our toll-free, confidential phone line to provide you with immediate assistance with member issues.
Program services are offered by the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) as part of the member benefit package, and come at no cost to members of NVFC or their immediate family.

Shatterproof is designed to help First Responders overcome specific obstacles and increase their ability to manage their emotions during stressful situations, without turning to self-medication.
